How to book a consultation

To book a consultation or a Nutritional Therapy package, please have a look at the packages available at the bottom of this page and get in touch via my contact page so we can figure out a time that works best for you (I have evening and weekend consultations available on a needs-be basis).

Once the initial consultation has been booked, I will send you my in-depth questionnaire and three-day food diary that will need to be returned, along with the paid invoice, before we meet. This questionnaire and food diary allows me to complete the proper research into your case, including drug interactions and nutrient depletions, and develop recommendations that will support your health goals. Consultations take place via video call.

How Nutritional Therapy works

Nutritional Therapy usually requires several consultations to get to the root of your health goals and make the required nutrition and lifestyle changes. At Rosy Nutrition, I believe in the Rosy Method: Listen, Tweak, and Refine. This involves working together to support and implement these changes, a process that typically takes around three months but can be longer in complex cases. By the end of our work together, you should be empowered with the tools and knowledge that will allow you to make long-term health changes for the better, and will leave you feeling like the best version of yourself.

Here is how the Nutritional Therapy process generally works:

1. Initial consultation – The first consultation lasts between 60-90 minutes, where we have an in-depth discussion around your symptoms, food diary, and your personalised recommendations. We may also discuss functional or GP testing, and any relevant supplements. Following the consultation, I will send you your personalised handouts that may include recipes, meal ideas, and guidance on the recommendations.

2. Check in – One week after our first consultation I will email you to see how you are finding the recommendations and provide support where necessary.

3. Follow-up consultation – Two to four weeks after our initial consultation, we will meet again for 30 - 45 minutes to discuss your symptoms, make further recommendations, and tweak existing recommendations. This process is usually repeated a further two to three times.

4. Review, refine and adapt – Along the way we will review your progress and you can decide to continue, or you may feel like you have made the changes you wanted to make. Once the process is completed, you can get in touch for another follow-up consultation at any time.
