Meet Laura O'Rourke

Nutritional Therapist, PgDip

I'm a qualified nutritional therapist who believes in a food first method, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. I'm particularly interested in gut health, blood sugar regulation, women’s hormones, healthy ageing, and empowering others through nutrition education.

After years of yo-yo dieting and struggling to shift any weight, I discovered what works for me and lost more than 25 kilograms (55lbs), and kept it off for the past four years. Nutritional therapy has also helped me learn how to balance my hormones and rid myself of plaguing PMS symptoms, along with managing my touch-and-go blood sugar levels.
